Adoption Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat or dog. Please fill out the application below--all fields are required. A CatWorks volunteer will contact you to explain the adoption procedure.

We want every applicant to understand the responsibilities involved in caring for a pet. It is a lifetime commitment - many cats live 16 to 20 years. Cats and dogs bond with their human family and need to be treated as a member of that family. Please proceed with this application only if you are willing to make that commitment. Please read our Adoption Policies before filling out the application. This will explain our procedures and the fees involved.
